Most training programmes are tailored to the needs of the client. Here are three typical programmes I offer in different forms:
Training skills for professionals – presentation and interaction
I have many varieties of programmes with training skills, from 1–3 hour lectures to 12–day long term educational programmes. The most common form is the 2–3 day course based on presentation skills, practical pedagogy and video feedback.
Build a Great Team – also in times of change
This successful team training concept builds on mentoring the whole team, facilitating the team to find its goal, values and strategy for action. Often two days is enough to revitalise the team with inner motivation, renewed focus and an action plan. Combining the programme with individual mentoring for the team leader can be an advantage.
Successful coaching – transfer your knowledge to others
Coaching skills is becoming a key factor in knowledge companies. Those who have the knowledge need to be able to transfer it to others in the organisation. This programme gives the skills, and ample room for practise, to become successful with coaching your own skills in others.
